• Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollar, excluding 10% service charge and thereafter 9% Goods & Services Tax.
• Payment terms: Full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Payment for full duration of stay is required upon reservation.
• For cancellations made 60 days and more before arrival; amount paid will be refunded accordingly.
• For cancellations made between 22 to 59 days before arrival; 50% of total estimated room charge will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 21 days and less prior to arrival; full cancellation charge applies with no refund.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge full duration of stay charge for any shortening of stay.
• For any no-show of reservation, full duration of stay charge will be levied to guest.
